These terms apply to all orders placed by you with FKMONDAYS Pty Ltd ("FKMONDAYS", "us", "we") at fkmondays.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before ordering.

Products shown on fkmondays.com may not always be available, and we may discontinue any product at any time. Drops are limited — colourways and sizes may sell out and may not be restocked.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you place it.

Ownership of Rights

All content on fkmondays.com, including the FKMONDAYS name and "Free Uniform" mark, belongs to FKMONDAYS. Copying or using it for anything other than personal, non-commercial use is not permitted without our permission.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as fast as possible, in the order they're placed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to unexpected events. If it exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order. If your order hasn't arrived by the scheduled date, email info@fkmondays.com.

Prices, Duties & Taxes

Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. International orders may incur import duties or customs charges, which are your responsibility and not covered by us.

Ordering

Once you order, you'll receive an email confirmation. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll let you know and refund any payment using the original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

Not happy with your order? Email info@fkmondays.com to arrange a return or exchange. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

We try to keep everything on the site accurate but don't guarantee it's error-free, and aren't liable for errors to the extent permitted by law. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
